H.E.A.L., an Integrated Body-Based Class to reverse the patterns of anxiety, fear and pain, can help. H.E.A.L. turns on the body’s biochemical and neurological mechanisms for reducing pain.

Lucy Hemmendinger, LMHC, SEP, is a Body-Based Psychotherapist. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, integrating a lifetime of exploration of the body, as a Yogi, Dancer, and Meditator. As a yoga teacher for eight years in the Pioneer Valley, Lucy developed and taught a series of yoga workshops for relief of Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia and Chronic Illness. Lucy maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Northampton.
Six-week class begins November 3. $200/series. Class size limited.
